The AAPCO Endangered Species Act (ESA) Workgroup was created in November 2022
following The US Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to fulfill its obligations under the
ESA.
The workgroup serves as a medium through which State Lead Agency, Industry, Academia, and
Federal Agency representatives can collaboratively track, address, and evaluate ESA related
issues associated with potential impacts to pesticide regulatory programs and the agriculture
community at large.
The workgroup is co-chaired by Harris Walters, FL and Kelly Navinsky-Wenzl, KS.
