World Health Organization’s information on Zika Virus
AAPCO, ASPCRO, and NASDA are collaboratively discussing the possible impacts of Zika Virus on state pesticide programs. Information gathering, resource identification, possible staff and program impacts, priority setting, spread of the virus, education and outreach, and government and commercial public health vector control capacity are areas currently being investigated.
AAPCO members whose states have developed a State Plan to address Zika are encouraged to share their plans with other states here. Please send sharable state plans to Amy Bamber, AAPCO-SFIREG Executive Secretary: firstname.lastname@example.org
